Payment Policy

At Cartvana, we’re committed to providing a safe and convenient payment experience for every customer. Our Payment Policy outlines the accepted payment methods, transaction security, and important guidelines to ensure smooth processing of your purchases.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We offer multiple payment options for your convenience:

Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, RuPay)

Debit Cards

Net Banking (Major Indian banks supported)

UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)

Mobile Wallets (Paytm, Amazon Pay, Mobikwik, etc.)

Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available on select orders and locations

Buy Now, Pay Later (through partner platforms, where applicable)

Note: Availability of payment methods may vary based on your location and order value.

2. Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation with your order details and payment receipt.

In case of a failed payment, no amount will be deducted. If any deduction occurs due to a bank or gateway issue, the amount is typically refunded within 5–7 business days.

3. Payment Security

Cartvana uses PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways and industry-standard encryption to protect your personal and financial data.

We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.

For UPI and wallet payments, you will be redirected to the respective secure platforms to complete your transaction.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for select pin codes and order values under a specific limit (usually ₹5,000).

Please ensure availability of the exact amount at the time of delivery. Our delivery agents may not carry change.

Orders using COD are subject to verification and may take longer to process.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

If your order is canceled or returned (as per our Return Policy), the refund will be processed via the original payment method.

Refunds for prepaid orders typically reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or wallet provider.

6. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers, Cartvana reserves the right to:

Cancel orders flagged as suspicious or high-risk

Request additional verification for certain transactions

Blacklist users who are found to engage in fraudulent activity or misuse COD
