At Cartvana, we take great pride in offering quality products and a seamless shopping experience. To maintain fairness and clarity, we have established a strict No Return and Refund Policy. By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. No Returns Accepted

All sales made on Cartvana are final.

We do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind

Wrong size, color, or product ordered by the customer

Delayed delivery due to courier or logistics issues

Minor differences in color due to screen settings

Note: Please read product descriptions carefully and review your cart before confirming your purchase.

2. No Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for any successfully placed and delivered order.

In the case of failed or duplicate transactions, if your payment was deducted without order confirmation, the amount will be refunded automatically by the payment gateway within 5–7 business days.

3. Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Items

Although we do not offer general returns or refunds, we may review and assist in rare cases involving:

Items received in damaged, defective, or unusable condition

Missing items or incorrect products

To request assistance:

Provide order ID, clear photos or video evidence, and a detailed description of the issue

If approved, we may offer:

A replacement of the item (subject to availability)

Store credit or a partial refund (at our discretion)

4. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed and processed.

In exceptional cases, if the order has not been shipped yet, cancellation may be considered upon request. Please contact support immediately.
